Md. Mizanur Rahman, a dynamic and accom-
plished business leader, serves as the Chairman of
Fortune Shoes Limited. At 51 years of age, he
brings over 26 years of extensive experience in
the footwear manufacturing industry.
A graduate with a Master’s degree in Physics from
the University of Chittagong, Mr. Rahman is the
visionary founder of Fortune Shoes Limited. His
entrepreneurial spirit has driven the establishment
of several successful ventures, including Uni-
world Footwear Technology Limited, MJ Indus-
tries, MJ Carton, Its In Footwear Limited,
Premier Footwear Limited, Runner Footwear
Limited, and Anan Footwear Ltd and Fortune
Barishal Cricket team.
Renowned for his innovative approach and commit-
ment to excellence, Mr. Rahman has earned numer-
ous accolades from government bodies, local orga-
nizations, and international platforms, solidifying

Mrs. Roksana Rehman

Mrs. Rokshana Rahman serves as the Managing
Director of Fortune Shoes Limited. In addition, she
holds key leadership roles as the Chairman of
Uniworld Footwear Technology Limited and Direc-
tor of Premier Footwear Limited.
With 13 years of professional experience in the shoe
manufacturing industry, Mrs. Rahman has been instru-

cutting-edge technology sectors, with a proven track record of value creation. Professionally trained in Footwear Sales and
Marketing, she has held significant roles in multinational and national companies, including Bata Bangladesh, Orion
Footwear, and the local footwear brand Zeils Shop.
As an Independent Director of Fortune Shoes Limited, Ms. Hossain chairs the Audit Committee as well as the Nomination
and Remuneration Committee. Her extensive experience across diverse industries and business functions adds significant
value to the company’s governance and strategic initiatives.
Ms. Hossain holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing from the University of Dhaka. With a strong educa-
tional foundation and expertise gained through national and international training in various management fields, she contin-
ues to contribute to the company’s success with her exceptional leadership and insight.
